François earned his degree in public administration, with a specialization in urban and real estate management, from Université Laval. Since 2001, he has been applying his expertise to assist companies with their real estate projects. As a real estate expert, he has addressed the specific needs of numerous companies, particularly in the technology, legal, engineering, and communications sectors. In addition, social involvement is of great importance to him. Among other things, he was actively involved with Centraide’s innovation committee for several years. He currently serves on the board of directors of EO Québec.
Jasmine studied administration at Université Laval with a profile in international management. Before concentrating on commercial real estate, she worked in a number of sectors, including communications, publishing, business development and corporate mergers and acquisitions. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Deeply involved in her field, she has served on the board of directors of the Quebec City Chamber of Commerce and Industry and continues to be active today as a director on the board of Capitale Mobilité.
Eric completed a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Sciences at Université Laval and then worked in the banking industry, where he developed skills in strategic consulting, needs analysis and risk management.
He has been actively involved in the Quebec City community for over 5 years, notably with the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Québec as Director, Vice-President and now President, as well as with the Jeunes Philanthropes de Québec (2019-2022).
Mathieu, a Certified Appraiser with a degree in Business Administration (Urban and Real Estate Management) from Université Laval, is a former student-athlete with the Rouge & Or football. He stands out for his professionalism, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
His expertise strengthens our team in the appraisal and valuation of commercial and industrial properties, bringing a precise and strategic perspective to every assignment.
